fact.  Did you know that spoon rings were originally made in 17th century England?

Servants were unable to afford rings made of precious metals let alone survive on the overpopulated London streets.  Yearning to wed their lovely, wishing for something special to slip on that  finger,  they would often pilfer the silver from the manor houses in which they worked to make wedding rings with.  It occasionally earned them more than a slap on the wrist or the boot – seven years beyond the seas !  Now that’s commitment.

Beautiful work, I will be buying some of your spoon rings. Will keep a watch of your selections. We were in Tasmania after the fires and it just broke my heart on all the damage we saw,.. I will share your creativity with my friends, and help support.
